Chin Chin sought a unique solution for a multifunctional sound system that looks good and offers the best possible sound quality.
The first solution of its kind in Estonia chosen was the Genelec Smart IP system, consisting of ten Genelec 4430A speakers. These speakers provide legendary Genelec sound quality and include built-in DSP and DANTE compatibility. The speakers require only one network cable for input, which supplies power, audio signal, and the ability to remotely control each speaker individually.
In addition to the speakers, at the heart of the system is a Yamaha MTX5-D processor that manages the entire system, including wall panels and automations. For example, the system includes a paging microphone that automatically mutes the background music when used and restores it after the announcement. A similar automation is created for DJ inputs.
The DJ/performer input is also connected to the DANTE network, allowing the performer to be placed anywhere in the hall where a network connection is available. A comprehensive solution was constructed to cover the needs of smaller performances and DJs, including a sound console, DANTE converter, and a rack for storing cables, ensuring all necessary items are in one place and making the system as easy to use as possible.
For presentations or meetings, it is possible to isolate the meeting area from the rest of the system to conduct the event undisturbed. Additionally, to make image transmission as convenient as possible, the system includes a ClickShare device that allows wireless transmission of image and sound to the screen and speakers.
