At the beginning of 2024, the Rae Gymnasium team moved into a newly completed school building. The new school year will start in the fall under the slogan "Develop. Surprise. Repeat. Enjoy." We also had the opportunity to participate in the completion process of the school.

Sound Technology
- For the installation of the sound system, we collaborated with our partner Optimus Systems AS, whom we assisted in implementing a strong audio solution for the auditorium and the hall.
- In the hall, the HK Audio Cadis series line-array was chosen for the sound system, while the Audac VEXO series point-source speakers were installed in the auditorium. Specifically, the hall uses eight CADIS CAD 208 full-range speakers and four CAD 115 Sub bass speakers. The main speakers in the auditorium are Audac VEXO112, supplemented by nine Audac ATEO6 speakers distributed throughout the hall. This selection ensured high demands on sound quality and offered the client an optimal price range.
Video Technology
- Within the limits set by the public tender, our task was to ensure an optimal solution for the client, keeping in mind the end-user and client’s needs and convenience.
- For example, the central piece of the video solution in the hall is the Blustream SW41HDBT switcher, capable of managing and transmitting both HDMI and HDBaseT signals and controlling external devices such as projectors and motorized screens. This setup made video input management and projector screen control seamless for the user. The system automatically selects the active input to be displayed and coordinates the projector’s operation and screen movement.
- A similar functionality was implemented in the auditorium on a smaller scale. Depending on the room's requirements, we used Optoma ZU1700 and Epson EB-PU1008W projectors in the hall.
Lighting Technology
- We supplied, installed, and configured all the stage lighting technology for the auditorium. Keeping the client’s wishes in mind, we supplied fresnel type lights, Chauvet Professional Ovation F-265WW, and wash type moving heads, Chauvet Professional Rogue R2X Wash.
- The entire lighting park is distributed across four bars, and thanks to the moving heads, it is possible to conveniently illuminate different positions on the stage.
- Four rigging bars were installed in the hall, one of which is equipped with Protos’s electric chain hoists. We use the Admiral Staging Snake cable coiling system for safe movement of cables along the bar.
- The entire lighting solution is controlled by an Obsidian Control Systems NX 1 lighting console. Signal distribution to the lighting bars is ensured by the reliable Chauvet Professional RDMX Splitter.
